1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Additional grated fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Salt Free Chicken Seasoning

Here is how you make Grilled Chicken and Linguine:

Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning and cook on the grill. Remove when cook through and keep warm.Coarsely chop carrots, dice tomatoes and slice green onions. Grate Parmesan cheese.Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Return pasta to pan, cover and keep warm.Heat oli in large saute pan. Add carrots and pressed garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat 3-4 minutes; remove from skillet and keep warm.Gently heat sour cream and evaporated milk in same skillet over low heat with a whisk. (Do not boil.) Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add carrot mixture, tomatoes, green onions, basil, salt and black pepper; mix gently. Pour mixture over pasta; toss gently to coat.
