The ingredients for Grilled Chicken Tequila Burgers are:

1 lb. ground chicken
3 T chopped fresh cilantro
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Seeded and Chopped Fresh Jalapeno
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 T gequila
1 tsp lime zest
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp soy sauce

Pulse ground chicken, cilantro, garlic cloves and jalapeno pepper in a food processor 3 to 4 minutes or until combined. Add panko crumbs, tequila, lime zest , salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pulse until combined. Shape into 5 patties. Grill covered 4 to 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 165 degrees.

Cilantro Lime Mayonaise

3/4 cup mayonaise
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp fresh lime juice

Stir together and serve on burgers
