Here is how you make Grilled Parmesan Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Melt butter in oven-safe skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and saute until it just starts to turn brown. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan with garlic and butter.Once chicken has cooked for 7-8 minutes, flip over and allow to sear for about 1 minute. Place entire pan in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.At the 5 minute mark, top chicken with cheeses and put pan back in the oven. Cook for another 3 minutes (up to 5 depending on how the cheese is melted). Remove from oven and serve.This recipe is for one individual portion. Serves well with salad.Number of Servings: 1
