Makes 4 servingsCombine peach preserves, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until mixture is of a "syrupy" consistencyPlace chicken breasts on grill on low. Begin to baste chicken breasts with peach preserve mixture. After about 15 minutes, turn breasts over and baste the opposite side.After about 5 minutes, place peaches on the grill. Baste with preserve mixture.Once chicken is done and peaches have caramelized, remove both from the grill. Arrange chicken breasts on platter, placing the grilled peach halves on top.
