* Onions, raw, 1 medium small-- diced finely
* Garlic, 4 clove - minced
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
* Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 Tbsp
* Lemon juice, 2 Tbsp
* Cumin seed, 1 tsp
* Paprika, 1 tsp
* Pepper, black, .25 tsp
*Honey (or date honey), 1 tsp

How Do I Make "Pargiot"-- Israeli Grilled Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make "Pargiot"-- Israeli Grilled Chicken Thighs:

1. Cut each chicken thigh into six "cubes" (or as close as possible), place in a container or zip-lock bag. Sprinkle diced onion and minced garlic over top. 2. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over the thicken pieces. Let marinate in the fridge for at least two hours (overnight is good). 3. Heat up your grill or a grill pan on the stove. Chop each pepper into 12 pieces. Place six of the thigh pieces on each skewer, spaced with pieces of the red pepper. 4. Grill for 5-6 minutes or until done.
