Mix oil, garlic, soy and balsamic in either a plastic bag or a covered bowl. Add you meat, toss and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes flipping/tossing every so often to keep meat submerged.(Do NOT leave meat in marinade for more than 4 - 6 hours, the vinegar will break down the fibers of the meat and make it mushy.)Serving Size = 4 oz.
