Combine thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken. Heat EVOO over medium heat and add chicken, cooking 7-8 minutes on each side until done. Reduce heat and remove chicken to platter. Add vinegar and honey to the pan, simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens, stirring constantly.
