Here is how you make Honey Mustard Basil Chicken:

Place 1 lb. of skinless Chicken Thighs (or breast if you like) in a large glass baking dish. Place sliced or chopped Onion over chicken. In a bowl combine warm Chicken Broth, Mustard, Honey (I have also made it with Splenda and it turned out fine), Basil, and Garlic. Mix until honey is dissolved and pour over chicken. Bake in a 350 F. oven for 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear.
