The ingredients for Honey Pecan Chicken Thighs are:


1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 t red pepper
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t thyme, fresh
1/2 t curry powder
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 t garlic, minced
1 C chopped pecans
3/4 c honey, divided
3/4 c dijon mustard, divided

Combine first four ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Sitr together 1/2 c honey, 1/2 cup mustard and garlic, pour over chicken. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, discard. Dredge chicken in pecans. Place on a lightly greased rack in an aaluminum foil-lined broker pan.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes until done.

Stir together remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 c mustard and curry powder. Serve.
