2 tbsp. of adobe sauce from can
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin -
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1-15oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey


How Do I Make INSTANT POT CHIPOLTE SHREDDED CHICKEN?

Here is how you make INSTANT POT CHIPOLTE SHREDDED CHICKEN:

1. Add chicken breast to the pressure cooker pot, placing them a single layer across the bottom.2. In a small bowl, whisk to combine chipotle peppers, adobe sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, and honey. Pour over the chicken, do NOT stir.3. Secure the lid and turn pressure release knob to a sealed position. Cook at high pressure for 20 minutes.4. When pressure cooking is complete, use a natural release. (which took about 15-20 minutes on my instant pot.)Move the chicken to a plate and shred with two forks.NOTE: for more spice, shred the chipotle peppers into the chicken. for a milder version, remove the peppers and serve on the side to people who like spicy.5. Return shredded chicken to the pot and stir into the sauce. I let it sit for about 15 minutes in the sauce before I served it up.
