Mix soy sauce, worstershire sauce, garlic, and EVOO with a wisk. Add Chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.Cut pineapple, squash, onion and green peppers into bite size pieces. Add mushrooms and cut up veggies to a gallon ziplock bag and add reserved EVOO to coat veggies.If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water overnight to make sure they don't burn. Thread alternating pieces of chicken, veggies and pineapple onto the skewers.
