How Do I Make Kung Pau Chicken?

Here is how you make Kung Pau Chicken:

cut chiken into small piece put 2 oz in the bowl with chicken with the cayenne pepper and salt, set aside. In wok heat 1 tbsp of olive in pan heat over medium high heat put ancho peppers and peanuts in pan and brown (do not burn). While that is cooking (keep an eye on it stir occasionally) mix the rest of the sherry with broth truvia vinegar , soy sauce, two tbsp corn starch, set aside. When peanuts are done remove from pan. Add to chicken remainging corn starch, place the last tbsp of oil in pan and add the garlic and ginger cook for a minute add chicken to pan and cook until done add in sauce cook until thick add peanuts and serve of rice.
