Here is how you make Artichoke Chicken Lasagna:

Makes 12 generous servings. Coarsely chop onion, chicken and garlic. Sautee in a pan sprayed with Pam until the onion is opaque and the chicken is turning white. Add the rosemary and coarsely chopped artichoke hearts and continue cooking until chicken is nearly cooked through.Add Spinach and simmer for 5 minutes.Whisk eggs and fold in cottage cheese; mix with the garlic alfredo and add to the chicken mixture.First layer: chicken mixtureSecond layer: lasagnaThird layer: mozzarella cheeseRepeat until you've used almost all of the mixture (I got about 3 layers out of it). The last layer should be the chicken mixture topped with the remaining cheese.Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
