Sprays of Pam Oil Oil
2 gloves garlic mashed or sliced
1 small green pepper sliced
2 carrots chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 small apple chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup Denny Mike's Barbeque sauce


How Do I Make Laras Lazy Chicken?

Here is how you make Laras Lazy Chicken:

Place chopped carrots in small microwaveable bowl and cook 45 sec to one minute until soft-ishSaute in "pam" in large skillet the carrots, peppers, onions, apple and raisins. (Butter is better but not for butts). After 2-3 minutes remove. Saute chicken and garlic in pan until browned nicely on both sides. (You can cut up chicken into smaller pieces to make it cook faster). Add back veggie/fruit mixture and white wine. Cook on High flame until some wine evaporates and sauce turns brownish.
