Take chicken breast cut from middle into two parts now take each part and cut horizontally a little more than half and open it. it'll be like a butterfly. Now put it in a plastic bag and stroke it with kitchen hammer so it spreads. Do the same with other half.To make marination make a paste of coriander and green cilli and Mix it with all other ingredients except oil. now cover the chicken breasts with this marination in a bowl and keep aside for atlaest an hour(don't refrigerate).Preheat grill .Clean and oil grill grates. Remove the chicken from the bowl and discard marinade. Place the chicken directly over the fire and grill 8-10 minutes per side or until the chicken is done. Remove from grill and serve hot.
