heat oil on medium low while you chop up your chicken into bite size pieces.toss the chicken in the frying pan and cook until you don't see any pink as you toss it.add your chopped garlic and spices. Your chicken will put out a lot of juices about now so you need to turn the heat to medium high stirring constantly.Add your lemon juice and keep tossing until your liquid evaporates. I know this isn't a whole meal recipe but you can add this chicken to anything. Pasta, salads a meal or just have it for a snack.You can add salt if you like, I add garlic salt to taste.You can really use any seasonings you prefer. When I add this to whole grain pasta I put a couple teaspoons extra virgin olive oil and garlic, spinach and some sheeps milk cheese maybe some tomato.On salads I just heat it a little and add it to my salad.You can also have it with a baked potato and veggies.
