1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/4 tbsp fresh rosemay, chopped
Hot chicken broth (optional)
Fresh snipped oregano (optional)
Reduced fat feta cheese

Here is how you make Kalamata Lemon Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400.Brown chicken in large oven-safe pot (such as Dutch oven) over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, turning once. Stir in orzo, olives, broth, lemon wedges, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.Bake for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink (180 degrees F).
