1.25 lb (20 oz.) packet of skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c olive oil
4 T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon zest
Juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons
4 scallions sliced
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 T oregano
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp paprika




How Do I Make Lemon and Oregano Chicken?

Here is how you make Lemon and Oregano Chicken:

Chop your scallions and garlic and put in a ziplock bag. Zest your lemon before juicing it and mince the zest. Put in the bag. Add all remaining ingredients including the chick. Marinate for 2 hours but not more. The lemon juice and vinegar will start to cook your chicken. Pre heat your oven to 400. Remove your chicken from the marinade. Place in a baking dish and pour marinade over the chicken to cook. You may want to line with foil to make clean up easier. Bake for 40 to 45 min or until the chicken is done.
