Here is how you make Lemon-Basil Chicken Breasts:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a food processor add basil, zest, juice, oil and garlic. Process until a paste is made. Add water if needed to help with consistency. In a shallow greased baking pan add chicken. Spoon on the paste. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 minutes. Spoon the pan juices over the chicken once or twice while it bakes.
