10 Chicken Thighs (Remove Skin)
1 Box Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup parsley
1 to 2 cloves garlic (to taste)
1/8 cup chives
4 tbsp country crock light margarine
Olive Oil Cooking spray


How Do I Make Lemon Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make Lemon Chicken Thighs:

Remove Skin from 10 Chicken Thighs. Chop roughly garlic gloves, chives and parsley. In medium pan combine: chicken broth, lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped chives, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, butter and olive oil. Bring to boil on medium heat. Turn off heat. Let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place chicken thighs in container to marinate. Pour Lemon & Broth Mixture over chicken. Marinate for one hour.
