White Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)
3 tbsp. - Lemon Juice
1 tsp or cube - Chicken Bouillon
1/2 c. - Hot Water
1 tsp. Parsley, dried


How Do I Make Lemon Chicken?

Here is how you make Lemon Chicken:

1 . Pound each chicken breast between two sheets of waxed paper until uniform in thickness. About 1/4 inch thick is best..2. Spray chicke with cooking spray on both sides. 3. Combine flour, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl; stir well. 4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. 5. Brown chicken in canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side.6. Dissolve bouillon in hot water.7. Remove chicken; place in covered plate.8. Pour white wine into pan to deglaze then add bouillon mixture and 3 tablespoons lemon juice to pan.9. Bring to boil; put chicken back in pan; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
