Here is how you make Caramel-lime chicken:

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. In small bowl combine lime juice and soy sauce. And small skillet whisk together brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of water. Then, without stirring cook over medium heat until the sugar is bubbling, fragrant and deep amber in color, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the soy sauce mixture. Return to medium heat and simmer rapidly, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons butter. Preheat grill to approximately 375 to 450°.Grill chicken breasts for2 to 5 minutes per side, basting with Caramel sauce. Or until done.
