What Are The Ingredients For Chicken Loaf Recipe?The ingredients for Chicken Loaf are: 1 pound package ground chicken4 oz. cheddar (or other flavor) cheese, diced (pepper-jack or swiss are nice too) 1 large onion, diced 4 large celery stalks, in 1/4 inch slice/dice 5 large carrots, in 1/4 in slice/dice 1 tsp garlic powder or 2-4 cloves salt and pepper to taste 2 extra-large eggs 1 package of saltines (about 2 cups crushed) 1/4 cup low-carb ketchup 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp hot paprika (optional) 1 tsp pepper flakes (optional) How Do I Make Chicken Loaf?Here is how you make Chicken Loaf: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a glass loaf pan with cooking spray.Slice and dice vegetables and cheese and put in large mixing bowl. Crush saltines and add to bowl. Add ground chicken to bowl. Add all other ingredients except ketchup to bowl.Using both hands, mix ingredients thoroughly until it can be shaped into a loaf. Place loaf into pan. Push down so that mixture fits the pan and the top is level. Evenly dribble catchup into nice patter covering the entire top area, I like to put it in lines lengthwise so that slices have chunks of cooked ketchup across the top.Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately one hour. You will likely want to put the pan on a cookie sheet to protect against spill over.Allow to cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
