2 cups of Chicken Tenderloin, cubed
1/2 Avacado, cubed
1 cup Mango, cubed
1 tbsp Green Bell Pepper

1 tbsp Scallions


How Do I Make Kickin' Mango Chicken?

Here is how you make Kickin' Mango Chicken:

1) In 1 tbsp Olive Oil & 1/2 clove of garlic, brown the Rice. Then add water & Chilpotle sauce. Continue to cook rice as directed. 2) In a medium sauce pan, add remaining olive oil and garlic. Once oil is hot and garlic is browned, add the shredded parsnips, shredded carrots, chopped celery and shredded coconut.
