Here is how you make Prickly Pear Mango Citrus Chicken:

Spray no stick pan with olive oil. Saute onions and pepper until lightly browned. Remove and set aside. Cut breasts in quarters. Saute until cooked through and through. Add 1 tbsp of MarDona Prickly Pear Grilling Sauce. Add juice of 1/4 orange. Add onion and pepper mixture. Stir together. Add mangos and cook about 1 minute more. Serve on plate.
