Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Loosen skin from the meat - sprinkle brown sugar mixture over meat, cover with skin, and sprinkle some on skin. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hr or up to overnight.Preheat oven to 400. Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in maple syrup.
