Here is how you make Lea and Perrins Marinade chicken:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.2. Place the raw chicken in water to cover by 1 inch, add 1 whole bay leaf and any desired herbs. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes, then let sit for 10 minutes off heat. Remove bay leaf. Remove chicken to cutting board and cut into small chunks.3. While chicken is cooking, prepare the rice. Bring the broth to a boil, add rice and butter if desired. When boiling again, cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes or until water almost gone. Don't stir. Take off heat, cover and let sit 15 minutes til you can fluff it. 4. In a large mixing bowl put 1/4 cup water, the Marinade for Chicken, the drained green beans, the mushroom soup, half of the french fried onions, 2 cups of the cooked rice, and all the cut-up chicken.Mix well.5. Butter or spray a 11x7 inch pyrex casserole dish.6. Spoon all the mixed ingredients into the dish and top with the other half of the french fried onions.7.
