Here is how you make Saucy Moroccan Chicken:

1. Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut onion into 1/2 in. wedges and cut bell pepper into 1/2 in. strips. Set aside.2. Combine all spices. Take 1 tbsp of spice mixture and combine with flour. Cut chicken into 1 in. pieces and dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in 12 in skillet over med-high heat until shimmering. Add pieces of chicken. Brown on both sides until all pink is gone (5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.3. add onion, bell pepper and green beans, remaining rub, tomato paste to skillet and stir. Add broth. Bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes or until broth is reduced by half and vegetables are tender crisp. remove from heat and add sour cream and chicken and throughly heat through.
