Here is how you make Chicken and Mushroom Marsala:

pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick.Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.Add mushrooms to pan and coat mushrooms with cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes until brown, stirring occassionally.Combine broth, wine, salt and pepper in a small bowl. When mushrooms are cooked add broth mixture and simmer for 4 more minutes, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
