2 tablespoons dried parsley
One teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans (10-3/4 oz each) Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup

Here is how you make Mushroom Garlic Chicken Thighs:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees (F)Slice peeled onion in half lengthwise, then slice each half crosswise into 1/4 inch half-rounds.Slice peeled garlic lenthwise and then crosswise to quarter each clove.Pour 2 Tbsp. olive oil into a 9" by 13" baking pan.Add onions and garlic and toss with olive oil, then smooth to cover the bottom of the pan.Place eight boneless, skinless chicken thighs on top of the garlic/onion mixture, evenly spaced.Drain the mushrooms and arrange them around the chicken thighs, leaving the chicken uncovered for seasoning.Mix the herbs and spices in a small cup, then sprinkle evenly over each chicken thigh.Gently spoon two tablespoons of the condensed soup over each chicken thigh, being careful to not dislodge the spice/herb mixture. Spoon the remainder of the soup between the chicken pieces.Cover tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil and bake for one hour, until thigh meat is cooked through and tender.Serves eight -- one thigh and one-eighth of garlic, onion, mushroom and soup mixture.This dish is delicious served over rice, pasta or diced boiled potatoes. The garlic and onion flavors are mild and sweet due to baking under the foil.
