8 oz mushrooms
2 cups fresh spinach
1 large tomato, chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.In a small bowl, whisk milk and yogurt together.In a large skillet,heat olive oil on medium high. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper, as desired, over 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast and 2 cloves garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.Add mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes until mushrooms release liquid.
