Add onions, celery, onions, truffles and carrots. Add soup stock and simmer about 25-30 minutes, until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft. Remove chicken and vegetables to a separate bowl, and cover to keep warm. Skim excess fat from stock in pan and reserve 2 cups of liquid for sauce. Melt butter in saucepan over medium high heat and stir in flour. Gradually add stock, stirring and heating until thickened. beat egg yolk into yogurt. Mix a little hot sauce into yolk mixture, then return to pan, and heat and stir over low heat for one minute. Add frozen peas, mushrooms, parsley and cooked reserved vegetables. Heat through. Serve over reserved chicken and cooked pasta.
