I was craving honey mustard chicken at work one day. We didn't have any honey, but we had MEAD!. Mead is made from honey, so it is very sweet. Also high in Calories, but has a lot of other good stuff in it, so a drink from it every so often is okay.My first attempt at this recipe, I kept the skin on the chicken. That actually blocked the flavor of the mead getting to the chicken. Defiantly cook this with no skin on the chicken.
