I took this recipe from a Campbell's cookbook. The only changes I made were, instead of using 2 cups of chicken, I used 2 chicken breast halves, cubed and I used 2 cups of broth rather than 1 3/4 for moisture.

Makes 4 servingsBoil Chicken breast halves in 4-6 cups of water for 5 minutes or until white. (Internal temp. of 165 degrees) Cube chicken.Combine broth, vegetables, basil and pepper in skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, until boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add egg noodles and cover. Cook 5 minutes or until noodles are soft.
