2 cups diced carrots
2 cups diced celery

2 tblsp cornstarch

Here is how you make Home Made Chicken and Noodles:

In a large saucepan, add about 2 inches of water to the bottom. Add the minced garlic and chicken. Sautee in water till chicken is cooked. Add more water till the pan is 2/3 full. Add egg noodles, carrots and celery. Cook till noodles are almost done, then pull out 1 cup of the cooking water. Disolve the cornstarch in the cooking water and add it back to the pan.
