1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Large ziplock bag


How Do I Make Oat-Crusted Chicken Tenders?

Here is how you make Oat-Crusted Chicken Tenders:

Cut chicken breasts into 2 to 3 tenders per breast. Place flour, salt and pepper in ziplock bag. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Pour milk into a shallow baking dish, set aside. Pour remaining flour in bag into trash. Combine the Parmesan, oats, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano in ziplock bag. Coat each piece of chicken in the milk, and return to bag. Shake the bag to coat the chicken in the oat mixture. Place chicken strips on a greased cookie sheet. Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray. bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
