Here is how you make Chicken Thighs and Onions:

Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cut onion into slivers and spread half in the baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and half the onion soup packet. Dredge the chicken thighs in four and lay on top of the onions. Top with remaining onions and onion soup mix.
