Toss chicken in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.2) Reserve the Marinade, and arange the chicken breasts in a large roasting pan.3) Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 190C (375F, Gas 5) for 10 minutes. Pour reserved marinade over the chicken, and continue roasting for 10 minutesor until the chicken is cooked through.4) Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and arrange on a warm platter.Cover and keep warm.5) Pour all but 2 tbsp of the marinade into a jug, and reserve.
