Here is how you make Danielle's Tangy Orange Chicken:

Lightly salt and pepper the chicken breasts.In a medium bowl, make the marinade by whisking together the honey, OJ, garlic powder and balsamic vinegar. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, making sure the meat is well-coated. Let marinate 10-15 minutes.Heat a saute pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil just before you are ready to cook the chicken. (If you do it too soon, your oil will burn!) Add the chicken to the pan; discard the remaining marinade. Saute the chicken about 6-8 minutes per side (depending on thickness of breast).Let stand a few minutes before serving or slicing.Yield: 2 servings if chicken breasts served whole.
