1 Tbsp Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3/4 Pounds Chicken Breast, sliced
1 Clove Garlic
A pinch of ground ginger
1/2 tsp Red-Pepper Flakes
3 Carrots, sliced
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas, Thawed
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds


How Do I Make Orange-Sesame Chicken?

Here is how you make Orange-Sesame Chicken:

1. Combine orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in small bowl and whisk until smooth.2. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken begins to brown, 4 to 5 minutes.3. Add carrots and peas. Cook until carrots begins to soften, 2 to 3 minutes.4. Reduce heat to low and add juice mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, scraping up any browned bits on bottom of pan.
