Remove from pan. Spray pan once again and saute' onions until softened (about 5 min.). Season with salt & pepper. Add garlic and paprika; cook 1 minute. Add flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Ad broth & wine and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Stir in bell pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are softened and the sauce is slightly thickened (apprx 5 min). Add chicken and cook uncovered until heated through, 1 to 2 min.Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Sprinkle with dill or green onion tops.
