Slice Chicken breasts into 1 in thick slices. Rub chicken with herbs, salt and pepper and place in a plastic, self-closing bag. Mix together buttermilk and mustard thoroughly and pour over chicken. Close bag; refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven 350 degrees.In a shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, sesame seeds, Parmesan Cheese and parsley. Remove chicken from marinade, one slice at a time. Roll each slice in bread crumb mixture, coating well, and place in prepared casserole dish. Discard marinade. Drizzle slices with melted butter.
