4 slices prosciutto
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
12 spears asparagus medium length 5 1/4 - 7 inches long
about 4 or 5 sprigs of fresh thyme
fresh ground pepper
plastic wrap and a large frying pan

Here is how you make Jamie Olivers Parmesan Chicken and Posh Prosciutto with Asparagus:

Place one chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and give it a few good whacks with that large frying pan, until it is about 1/2 inch thick.Peel back the top layer of wrap, and sprinkle 1/2 of the parmesan, 1/2 of the fresh thyme (minus the stalks) and grate some fresh ground pepper on top. Take 2 slices of the prosciutto and lay them on the breast to cover, tucking the excess underneath.Recover with the plastic wrap and give it another light whack to adhere all the ingredients together.Repeat above steps for the next breast.Heat olive oil in that large fry pan.Once heated, add your breast, prosciutto side down and cook for 3 minutes.Flip over, and add in the asparagus.
