Mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and hot pepper flakes in a shallow pan, set aside. In another shallow pan, bean egg and set aside. Pound each chicken breast to 1/2 inch. Dredge each chicken breast in egg, then crumb mixture, and place in skillet pre-heated (med-hi heat) with oil. Cook 4-5 mins each side until chicken is well browned and just cooked through. Lower heat to low. Divide the marinara sauce equally over the 4 chicken breasts.
