2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced julienne
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 oz dry angel hair pasta
1/2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs light sour cream
Sea salt
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Here is how you make Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Spinach:

Slice chicken breast into strips. Saute in olive oil over medium heat until still slightly pink.Bring water to boil, add pasta and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 mins. Add in red bell pepper and mushrooms to chicken. Saute for 2 minutes. Add spinach, garlic, crushed red pepper and saute for 1-2 minutes. Drain pasta and put back in pan.
