1 tsp adobo seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 C fat-free cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Chicken and Broccoli-Parmesan Pasta:

To make adobo seasoning, if not readily available, combine 1 teaspoon each: onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, black pepper, and garlic powder. You will only need 1 tsp of the mixture for this recipe. Store the remainder in a dry container.Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain well.Meanwhile, combine chicken pieces and adobo seasoning, coating chicken well. Prepare a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet to medium. Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
