Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic. Cook 8 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste and stir constantly for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, pasta water and dressing. Continue cooking on medium-high until sauce reaches desired consistency.Add sauce to drained pasta and toss.
