4 ounces mixed mushrooms (shitake, oyster, crimini)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil, chopped

Here is how you make Chicken Pasta Primavera At Last:

Poach the chicken in a covered skillet with about a cup of water until done, about 20 minutes. Remove to cool on a cutting board; de-bone and slice thinly when able to handle. Pour off all but 2 T liquid from skillet. Add mushrooms and cook about 10 minutes. Add more liquid if they become dry. Add cream and black pepper and heat through.
