Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium heat about 5 minutes. Add peppers and onions. Cook until chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft.Add water to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low heat. Add pasta. Make sure pasta is covered with water. Simmer 15 minutes. or until pasta is tender.Stir in sauce. Sprinkle with Cheese.
