1/2 sweet onion, sliced thin
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Chicken Breast, sliced thin along the grain
1/2 Ripe Tomato, diced
5 stalks asparagus, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup zucchini, diced
4 Tbsps. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 oz. Low Moist/Part Skim Milk Mozarella, grated
Black Pepper to Taste
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 cup Spaghetti Noodles, cooked with no salt.


How Do I Make Chicken/Pasta Vegetable Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Chicken/Pasta Vegetable Stir Fry:

Bring pan of water to boil and cook spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes. I break the spaghetti in half before placing in the water. Turn the water off after 10 minutes and remove pan from heat. DO NOT drain spaghettiHeat Olive Oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion slices and cook one minute. Add chicken breast slices and cook another 2 minutes, turning the slices over to cook on both sides. Add tomatoes, asparagus and zucchini and cook an additional 5 minutes. The tomatoes will bring liquid to the stir-fry.
